A lot of things may be peculiar in our overall health service, but not necessarily so in this case, as what we discussed in June 2009 was followed through in practice and fell into place in January 2010, that is, the splitting of the amounts that we paid. I do not consider it unusual that there was no letter. In so far as that agreement was concerned, if there had been a difficulty on the question of what had been agreed, the first thing I would have expected would have been a letter back saying that it had not been agreed.
