I remind everyone present to switch their mobile phones off completely. Deputy Harris will be present in place of Deputy Mitchell O'Connor for the entire meeting, which has been convened to facilitate the taking of Committee Stage of the Health (Alteration of Criteria for Eligibility) (No. 2) Bill 2013.
