We have two distinct issues to deal with today: the appointment of the director and the issue of the reinstatement of staff who are deemed to be on contracts of indefinite duration. Dr. Braiden asked that Mr. Rainbird be excused for part of this meeting. However, because he is now the Accounting Officer, I ask that he remain for the full meeting.
