Under schedule A, COM (2012) 721 is a proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of public sector bodies' websites. It is proposed that the proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. We will suspend to allow the witnesses to take their seats.
