We will now deal with No. 7, report on decisions regarding scrutiny of EU proposals. This item is purely technical as the joint committee wishes to read into the public record the recommendations of the sub-committee on EU scrutiny and put on record the decision of the joint committee in regard to these recommendations. The following COMs were dealt with today: COM (2013) 547 - a proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on payment services in the Internal Market and amending Directives 2002/65/EC, 2013/36/EU and 2009/110/EC and repealing Directive 2007/64/EC, and COM (2013) 550. It is proposed that these proposals warrant further scrutiny. COM (2013) 520, COM (2013) 584, COM (2013) 585, COM (2013) 608, COM (2013) 609, COM (2013) 610 and COM (2013) 633 were also considered. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Are the recommendations of the sub-committee agreed? Agreed.
