No; I am leading the questions. If Mr. McLoughlin would demonstrate a level of courtesy, I would appreciate it. The fact of the matter is that this case is representative of many and the child, in accordance with the established law, was adjudged to merit a full medical card under the Health Act 1970. Under the same legislation, the view now is that she does not qualify. The child has not changed, the family circumstances have not changed and the law has not changed, so based on what Mr. McLoughlin is telling me, either the child had illegally obtained or been granted a medical card, or there has been a policy change and Mr. McLoughlin and his colleagues in the HSE are moving heaven and earth to try to disguise or conceal the fact.
