I intend to introduce amendments to sections 202 to 209 on Report Stage to further clarify the operation of the new summary approval procedure, in particular to consistently use the phrase "in full as they fall due" rather than the phrase "in full"; to insert language, where appropriate, to clarify that the company must be able to discharge its debts as they fall due rather than at the time of the declaration in question; and to cross-reference "debts and liabilities" as at a particular date.
