To clarify, there is no intention to make substantive changes to the law itself in terms of its qualitative aspect. However, there has been some engagement since Second Stage with practitioners, in the light of which several amendments will be introduced on Report Stage. The word "technical" is not quite correct, but their purpose will essentially be to make the law more efficient in the longer term. That is the main reason I expect to bring forward further amendments on Report Stage.
