Section 634 raises a broader issue on which I will take the Chairman's guidance. The Minister speaks of prescribed accountancy bodies yet there is no section in the legislation that gives protection to those same accountants in terms of the use of that title. I have been trying to find out where we could bring it up but this is a good start. I will take the Chairman's direction if it should come somewhere else. There is nothing to stop any of us saying we are a prescribed accountant other than we do not have a membership certificate.
