I move amendment No. 19:

In page 13, subsection (3), to delete lines 35 and 36 and substitute the following:"section 8(1), to ensure that due consideration is given to the views of children as part of any consultation processes undertaken.".

This relates to the voice of the child and is an area we believe could be strengthened in line with best practice to ensure that we capture all the administrative processes dealing with children across a number of settings and agencies. This would strengthen the legislation and I ask the Minister to give it due consideration.
