I am very confused at this point and need to get my head around the issue. Mr. Roche referred to the 1956 Act and the 1992 Act. I need clarification on the issue of machines for which one must pay and machines which do not require the making of a payment. Would it be possible for me to contact Revenue tomorrow and under the 1992 Act ask for a gaming machine licence because I have a tax clearance certificate?
