My next question is to the delegates from Rehab. I was concerned to hear during its presentation that it was being squeezed out of the market. We are all aware of the good work the organisation does. I read in a newspaper recently that it had initiated legal proceedings against the State. I would like to know the reason it has chosen to take the legal route to address-----
