The objective of this exercise is to identify issues and try to ensure they are rectified in the legislation. Members are raising important issues which in a way are historical. The interim issue is also important because it will take some time for this legislation to come into force. As such, it is no harm to draw attention to them. I ask Mr. Roche for a brief response to Deputy Anne Ferris's questions.
