I can honestly say there is no conspiracy theory. I apologise; we thought we had put in place a procedure whereby it could be accessed. There were problems and we will undertake to sort them out. I cannot give a guarantee now because I need to go through my superiors. On a personal basis I have no problem supplying the information, although perhaps not at the same time as it is provided to the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council, IFAC, because we go through an iterative process with the council, but certainly well in advance.

With regard to getting the information at the last minute, if committee members wish to raise questions as we go through each slide in the presentation rather than the end it might be a way to work through the process.
