The committee is now in public session. We are dealing with item No.7 on our agenda, the recording of decisions taken at the EU scrutiny sub-committee meetings of 19 June, 23 July and 02 October 2013. This item is purely technical as the committee wishes to read into the public record the recommendations agreed at the sub-committee meetings. At the meeting of 19 June, it was recommended that under Schedule A, COM (2013) 266 warrants further scrutiny. Under Schedule B, it was recommended that COM (2013) 3, COM (2013) 4, COM (2013) 146, COM (2013) 155, COM (2013) 244, COM (2013) 247, COM (2013) 251, COM (2013) 259 and COM (2013) 335 do not warrant further scrutiny. It was agreed to seek further information on COM (2013) 246. Noted for adoption was COM (2013) 233. Are the recommendations of the sub-committee agreed? Agreed.
At the sub-committee meeting of 23 July, under Schedule A it was recommended that COM (2013) 342 warrants further scrutiny. Noted for adoption were COM (2013) 434 and COM (2013) 435. Under Schedule B, it was recommended that COM (2013) 177, COM (2013) 186, COM (2013) 193, COM (2013) 254, COM (2013) 258, COM (2013) 274 and COM (2013) 276 did not warrant further scrutiny. Noted for adoption were COM (2012) 666, COM (2012) 766 and COM (2012) 330. Are the recommendations of the sub-committee agreed? Agreed.
At the sub-committee meeting of 02 October, it was recommended that COM (2013) 348 and COM (2013) 449 warrant further scrutiny. It was further recommended that COM (2013) 560 does not warrant further scrutiny. Noted for adoption were COM (2013) 320, COM (2013) 345 and COM (2013) 390. Under Schedule B, it was recommended that COM (2013) 342, COM (2013) 301, COM (2013) 467, COM (2013) 525, COM (2013) 555, COM (2013) 556, COM (2013) 557 and COM (2013) 559 did not warrant further scrutiny. Noted for adoption were COM (2013) 313, COM (2013) 337 and COM (2013) 421. Are the recommendations of the sub-committee agreed? Agreed.
