Under Standing Order 87 the following message will be sent to the Dáil:


The Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality has completed its consideration of the motions regarding the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the fight against fraud to the Union's financial interests by means of criminal law; and the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Co-operation and Training, Europol, and repealing Decisions 2009/371/JHA and 2005/681/JHA.
Under Standing Order 72 the following message will be sent to the Seanad:
The Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality has completed its consideration of the motions regarding the proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council on the fight against fraud to the Union's financial interests by means of criminal law; and the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Co-operation and Training, Europol, and repealing Decisions 2009/371/JHA and 2005/681/JHA.

The joint committee went into private session at 3.30 p.m. and resumed in public session at 3.40 p.m.
