We will commence the meeting. I have not received any apologies but some members may be on their way. I thank members for agreeing to accommodate us with the changed schedule because of the late sitting last night. Before we begin I remind members and witnesses to turn off their mobile telephones. I propose that we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping matters.
