During the course of our discussion last evening, there was significant interference from mobile telephones. I ask members to ensure their mobile phones are on aeroplane mode or are turned off rather than on silent mode out of respect to the staff and the people watching the proceedings. It is important that the debate can proceed without interference from technology. I would appreciate the co-operation of everybody present.

I propose that we sit from 9.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and that we take a 15 minute break at 11 a.m. On that basis that we will not have finished our deliberations at 1 p.m. that we will sit from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. We can re-evaluate that later if we still need more time for our deliberations. Is that agreed? Agreed.
