We shall discuss EU proposals that have come before us. No. 1 is COM (2013) 168, amended proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and Council on the transparency of measures relating to the prices of medicinal products for human use and their inclusion in the scope of public health insurance systems. It is proposed that this proposal warrants further scrutiny and that we invite officials from the Department of Health to a meeting with the committee to assist the committee with its scrutiny of the proposals. Is that agreed? Agreed. No. 2 is COM (2013) 39, proposal for a Council decision on submitting 4-methylamphetamine to control measures. It is proposed to note this adopted measure. Is that agreed?
