We have a quorum and will commence in public session. Before dealing with today's agenda, I wish to make a statement in regard to matters that have been raised in the public domain in the past two weeks. I have consulted with members and they are agreeable to my making such a statement before proceeding with business. I ask the Vice Chairman to take the Chair while I do so. I am prepared to answer any questions members may have following my statement.
