We will now move on to questions. As there are many Members here who are not members of the committee, I will outline the agreed procedure. The order will be as follows: Fianna Fáil, Sinn Féin, Technical Group and Government spokespersons and Deputies and Senators in the order they raise their hands with preference given to committee members. I will stick to that, if it is okay. I will ask everyone to keep to a maximum of four minutes to allow everyone to speak. We can come back to people, if we have the time.
