This meeting has been convened for the purpose of consideration by the select committee of the Industrial Development (Science Foundation Ireland) (Amendment) Bill 2012, which was referred to the select committee by order of the Dáil on 2 May 2013. I welcome the Minister of State at the Departments of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and Education and Skills, with responsibility for research and innovation, Deputy Sean Sherlock, and his officials. As there are comparatively few amendments, we will conclude Committee Stage of the Bill today. Is that agreed? Agreed.
