It did not concern me. I understood they had met to discuss the detail of the joint venture and that this emerged. The arrangement was that the joint venture company and Mr. Bernard McNamara would secure the financing for the joint venture and I assume the discussion was in that context. The people who were at the meeting would have to answer that.
