I ask Ms Moylan to correct me if I am mistaken but I believe she expressed regret in her statement that she had not been in direct discussions with the Minister on that particular occasion. Hindsight is 20-20 vision. Does Ms Moylan still regret that she did not have that discussion with the Minister, even though, as far as she is concerned, she was complying with the general approach taken to the these matters in the context of the relationship with the Minister and her position in the Department?
