Does Mr. Tony O'Brien think, for instance, that a staff nurse should be taking a pay cut? He is in charge. He must have a view on where people are at. Should there be a pay cut for a staff nurse on €30,000 who, as he stated, is under pressure and doing more with a whole lot less? Mr. Tony O'Brien is the management guy. The human resource director, Mr. Barry O'Brien, is present. Is that good for the profession and for the service? Is it good for morale?
