To reiterate, the important interrelationship between this current temporary change and the acceleration of 400 additional places, over and above the normal number of places that would have been released in March, means there is nobody who would have been in a place this month who is not already in that place. They have got those places sooner than would have otherwise arisen. This was essentially motivated by the same concerns, to keep the system flowing in the interest of patient care.
