Mr. Liam Woods:

The number of people involved in a centralised solution for us, before we talk about outsourcing, could reduce from over 200 to under 100. That would be the biggest single gain. There would also be a big intelligence gain. It is rather like the point the Chairman made previously about a single national financial system. If data on the cost of pay and on the number of people being paid were available in one place, it would be a big advantage for the organisation in terms of its management capacity.
