I move amendment No. 58:
In page 26, between lines 36 and 37, to insert the following subsection:“(10) A decision by the Bank to issue a direction under any of paragraphs (c) to (g) of subsection (3) is an appealable decision for the purposes of Part VIIA of the
Central Bank Act 1942.”.
