Item No. 9 is decisions taken at the Joint Sub-Committee on EU Scrutiny on 13 March 2013, for noting on the public record. Under the terms of reference which established the sub-committee on EU scrutiny, that sub-committee is required to report to the Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform at regular intervals. The clerk has circulated to members a report of the sub-committee meeting of 13 March 2013 which details the recommendations of the sub-committee as follows. It is recommended that COM (2012) 280 be scrutinised. This is a proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms and amending Council directives 77/91/EEC and 82/891/EC, directives 2001/24/EC, 2002/47/EC, 2004/25/EC, 2005/56/EC, 2007/36/EC and 2011/35/EC and regulation (EU) No. 1093/2010. Is that agreed? Agreed.

It is recommended that COM (2012) 724, COM (2012) 754, COM (2012) 755 and COM (2013) 8 do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. It is recommended that COM (2012) 377, COM (2012) 475, COM (2012) 654, COM (2012) 661, COM (2012) 677 and COM (2012) 792 be noted as adopted. Is that agreed? Agreed. Is it agreed that the report be published on the committee's homepage? Agreed.

As there is no other business I shall adjourn the meeting.
