I move amendment No. 19:

In page 14, between lines 36 and 37, to insert the following:“(4) In the event of the Regulator deeming that details of a licence which are deemed by him or her to be commercially sensitive should be published in the public interest, he or she shall give the licence holder notice of his intention to do so and afford the licence holder an opportunity to make representations.”.
