As we have a quorum, the meeting is in public session. I welcome the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, Deputy Brendan Howlin, and his officials to the meeting, the purpose of which is to consider the National Lottery Bill 2012. The Bill was referred to the committee by the Dáil on 6 February 2013. Is it agreed to conclude consideration of the Bill today? Agreed.
