The quantity of cigarettes that people may bring in from abroad. While there is a law in place, it does not appear to be adhered to. It appears to be discretionary on the part of customs at the airport as to whether the cigarettes are for people's own use or whatever. As for when someone states they are for his or her own use, there was a case in which a girl was caught bringing in a large quantity of cigarettes.
