Following the comments of the chairman, it is important that people are reassured that when people get into a taxi, they know the person driving is without reproach. The witnesses indicated that when the group engaged with Garda authorities in Thurles, it became evident that the vetting only starts for people in a number of countries when people present to the State. What countries are those?
