One cannot export to China without a certificate of origin. One of our stakeholders is Tipperary Crystal which had a crate of crystal ready for export to China to enter the market for the first time, but it could not get it out of Dublin Port without a certificate of origin which the Chinese demanded through faxes in very bad Chinglish. The flexibility of Chambers Ireland in stepping in and talking to the company, as a first-time exporter to the market, helped it to get it out the door.
