Before we commence with item No. 7, scrutiny of the Multi-Annual Financial Framework 2014-2020, I wish to revert to item No. 6, which relates to the decisions taken at today's sitting of the Joint Sub-Committee on European Scrutiny at 11.a.m. It was agreed that the following proposals do not warrant further scrutiny, COM(2012) 350; COM (2012) 420; COM (2012) 421; COM (2012) 428; COM (2012) 521; and COM (2012) 548. Do the members recommend that these proposals warrant no further scrutiny? Is that agreed? Agreed.

The following measures were also noted for adoption: COM (2012) 567; COM (2012) 611 and COM (2012) 624. Is that agreed? Agreed.
