The next item is COM (2012) 624 on improving the gender balance among non-executive directors of companies listed on the Stock Exchange and related matters. Is it agreed that we deal with that? Agreed. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed. It is proposed that the committee will write to the Department of Justice and Equality to inform it that no further scrutiny is required.
