We need to look at our current practices to see whether we can make better use of and continue to develop all of our facilities, including our day care facilities. One of the Senators asked how we were going to move forward and review this. The point of the national programme is to link the hospitals that provide the service to the front line with the staff and the national groups. This is where we have the national clinical programme led by the lead consultant in our hospital, Professor Gallagher, who, along with Dr. Edward McKone, is a key person in our hospital.
