In accordance with Standing Order 87, the following message will be sent to the Dáil:
The Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine has completed its consideration of the following motion:

That Dáil Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations 2012,
a copy of which Order in draft was laid before Dáil Éireann on 6th December, 2012.

a copy of which Order in draft was laid before Seanad Éireann on 6th December, 2012.
I thank the Minister and his officials for attending today and wish them a happy Christmas, as this is the last occasion we may be able to do so.
