The first proposal is COM (2012) 530, a proposal for a directive of the European Parliament and the Council amending Council Directive 2011/110/EC relating to honey. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

The next three proposals will be taken together. COM (2012) 545 is a proposal for a Council decision on the signature on behalf of the European Union and the provisional application of the protocol between the European Union and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania setting out fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for in the fisheries partnership agreement between the two parties currently in force. COM (2012) 546 is a proposal for a Council decision on the conclusion of the protocol between the European Union and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania setting out fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for in the fisheries partnership agreement between the two parties currently in force. COM (2012) 547 is a proposal for a Council regulation on the allocation of the fishing opportunities under the protocol between the European Union and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania setting out fishing opportunities and the financial contribution provided for in the fisheries partnership agreement between the two parties currently in force and amended Regulation 1801/2006. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2012) 578 is a proposal for a Council regulation concerning the use of lactic acid to reduce the microbiological surface contamination on bovine carcasses. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed?
