No, there is nothing specific in the Bill in that regard. People can raise such concerns with the Health Insurance Authority. They should, in the first instance, take up the matter with their insurer which should have an interest in keeping tabs on what is going on and keeping down the cost to its clients. I do not believe there is a necessity for the creation of a new agency or organisation.
