I move amendment No. 66:

In page 48, lines 34 to 36, to delete all words from and including "of" in line 34 down to and including "union." in line 36 and substitute the following:"(of any minor non-business activity where a defect or failure in its performance could not impair-

(i) the continuing compliance with the conditions and obligations of the credit union's registration or its other obligations under the financial services legislation,
(ii) the credit union's financial performance,
(iii) the soundness or continuity of the credit union's financial performance, or
(iv) the soundness or continuity of the credit union's business.".
