No. 1 on our agenda is the minutes of our previous meeting. Given that the joint committee has such a heavy workload this week, consideration of the minutes of yesterday's meeting will be deferred to next week. Is that agreed? Agreed. Apologies have been received from Deputy Michael McGrath. No. 4 on our agenda is correspondence, consideration of which will be deferred until our meeting on Wednesday, 14 November.

The Oireachtas broadcasting unit has advised that the meeting is being televised live on UPC channel 207, with transmission commencing at 9.30 a.m. As I am conscious that the Minister for Finance will be in the Dáil at 11 a.m. to take the Credit Union Bill 2011, the committee's proceedings will have to conclude by that time.
