A number of the EU proposals before us today for consideration have been grouped. The first is COM (2012) 343, a proposal for a decision of the European Parliament and the Council amending Council Decision 2013/17/EC by extending its period of application and updating the names of a third country and the authorities responsible for the approval and control of production. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2012) 378, a proposal for a Council decision on the conclusion, on behalf of the European Union, of the Food Assistance Convention, while COM (2012) 379 is a proposal for a Council decision on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, of the Food Assistance Convention. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2012) 437 is a proposal for a Council regulation on the allocation of fishing opportunities under the protocol to the fisheries partnership agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Mauritius. COM (2012) 441 is a proposal for a Council decision on the signing, on behalf of the European Union, of the fisheries partnership agreement and the protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided by the fisheries partnership agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Mauritius. COM (2012) 442 is a proposal for a Council decision on the conclusion of a new fisheries partnership agreement and a new protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided by the fisheries partnership agreement between the European Union and the Republic of Mauritius. It is proposed that these proposals do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
