Credit Union Bill 2012: Discussion (Resumed)

12:00 pm

Mr. Pat Owens:

That is precisely our line of argument. Why is a limit being imposed in the first place? Let the membership make the decision. Each director stands for election every three years. The longest term a director can serve without standing before members for re-election is three years. Members get to decide who they want to run their credit union every three years.
