We are looking at commercial software rather than legislative and e-government software. The uptake of e-government software on the agfood.ie website is a good deal higher than 15,000. It is more like 25,000 to 35,000. It is quite high and getting higher all the time. Good work has been done in this area. We have no problem with this and the more of it we see, the better. There is a group of people who never want to use commercial software and pay for software. If they get it free from the State, that is great and if all the red tape-----
