I have been dealing with farmers in Northern Ireland for the past 20 years and farmers in England and Scotland for the past 15 years. We have never encountered this level of State competition. We have a particularly strong presence in Northern Ireland, where we do our business through a Northern Ireland-based company. The authorities there have been particularly sensitive to the needs and requirements of the private software sector. There is no way the Ministry in the North would allow its subsidiaries to encroach on this area in the manner that has occurred down here.
