I can advise the committee that the training was reviewed by the head of HR and the learning and development manager at the time. I am advised that a verbal commitment was given. There is email evidence to say that the approval to pay a deposit happened in July but due to issues with authorisations on online payments between the app and the credit card of the particular person who was approving it, that did not happen until September.
