First of all, the code will be reviewed next year. That is the first step. Second, there needs to be proper meaningful engagement between the council, TII and the different entities involved. I do not think there should be a stick like a CPO hanging over people's heads. I will make the point again that the Cork to Kinsale greenway has brought people to the point of being completely disenfranchised at one level and, in my opinion, completely upset by poor engagement.
