When the Taoiseach was asked about the new transport plan, he said that the 2:1 ratio of public transport to roads was unworkable. I am a little bit puzzled to hear the Minister of State arguing that the 2:1 ratio is still there when the political message going out across the Government is that 2:1 is not there. When I did the sums on what was published last week, I cannot see 2:1 being there either. The Minister of State's comments on that would be helpful.
