The points the Deputy articulated about people's experiences on the existing network are not acceptable. People are suffering, disappointed and frustrated. I know the Deputy has raised the whole piece around people feeling discommoded in the Dáil on a number of occasions and in the Seanad when she was there. I will take her views back to the NTA today. It is about next year delivering a key focus on what the Deputy has articulated but also on seeing an improvement in existing services. It goes back to my three points earlier. It is about punctuality, capacity and reliability. The travelling public the Deputy represents and speaks about are justifiably upset and disappointed.
